Restorative Practices

At Ryde East Public School, we believe that positive relationships are at the heart of effective learning and wellbeing. As a Restorative School, we use restorative practices to help students build empathy, take responsibility for their actions, and repair relationships when things go wrong.

Through regular reflection and respectful dialogue, students learn to understand the impact of their choices and find constructive ways to move forward. This approach supports a caring, connected school community where everyone feels valued and heard.
