Communication with our school
At Ryde East Public School, we value strong partnerships between our school and families. Clear and timely communication helps everyone stay informed, connected and involved in school life.
We use a range of communication channels to share important updates, celebrate student achievements, provide reminders and keep families informed about upcoming events and activities.
To help parents and carers find the information they need, we've put together a guide outlining our main communication channels and when to use them.
We also encourage families to follow our Parent Pathway of Enquiry when they have a question, concern or request. This helps ensure enquiries reach the most appropriate staff member and can be addressed effectively.
Below are two visual guides to help families navigate communication at REPS:
- REPS Communication Channels – An overview of the different ways we share information with families, including School Bytes, newsletters, our website and social media.
- Parent Pathway of Enquiry – A simple guide explaining who to contact when you have a question or concern, and the steps to follow to ensure your enquiry reaches the right person.
We encourage all families to familiarise themselves with these guides and refer to them whenever needed.
